We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading kitchen operations and creating innovative dishes that bring together flavors from around the world. You must be able to think creatively and lead your team with confidence. You should also have exceptional organizational skills and be able to manage multiple tasks at once.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about cooking and food presentation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both classical and modern cuisine as well as experience in management or culinary instruction. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and an understanding of current trends in international cuisine.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating menus that reflect the seasonality of ingredients, designing recipes that showcase local foods, ordering supplies, overseeing inventory, training staff in proper food preparation techniques, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing budgets, inspecting kitchen equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and maintaining a clean working environment.
