Executive Chef in Fine Dining Restaurant - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in a high-end fine dining restaurant in Doha. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes and managing a busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience working in upscale restaurants and be able to oversee the entire culinary operation, ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and update seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and maintain high standards of quality
• Manage food costs and inventory, ensuring efficient use of ingredients and minimizing waste
• Train and supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Monitor food production to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings
• Handle any issues or concerns that arise in the kitchen, addressing them promptly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in fine dining restaurants
• Culinary degree or equivalent training from a recognized institution
• Creative mindset with a strong passion for cooking and creating unique dishes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Fluent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
• Pakistani or Egyptian nationality preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month plus benefits (housing allowance, transportation allowance, medical insurance)
