Executive Chef vacancy in Doha, Qatar

The position is for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation, including menu planning and development, staff training and management, quality control, and cost management.

The Executive Chef will ensure that all food preparation and service adhere to our high standards of health and safety, as well as customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel or restaurant setting. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound decision‑making abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

The Executive Chef should have expert‑level knowledge of culinary techniques and methods as well as familiarity with local ingredients and dishes. They must also have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines. Additionally, the candidate should have experience with cost management strategies such as portion control and inventory tracking.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1000 per month plus a benefits package.
