Job summary

ABB Qatar seeks a Service Sales Specialist within the Electrification Service Division to drive service sales, build long-term customer relationships, and secure profitable opportunities. You will focus on Installed Base penetration and manage the full service portfolio with an on-site work model.

Reporting to the Qatar Marketing & Sales Manager, the role includes promoting upgrades, setting prices, generating leads, and representing ABB at campaigns and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in service sales within Infra/Utilities markets.
• BS in electrical engineering required or equivalent.
• Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive service sales and secure profitable opportunities in the designated area.
• Penetrate Installed Base and promote upgrades and value-add solutions.
• Collaborate with Service Sales Manager on plans and pricing strategies.
• Generate service leads and participate in campaigns, trade fairs, and meetings.
