Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for the Quick Service Center to deliver an exceptional service experience. You will identify customer requirements, prepare repair orders, coordinate workshop activities and handle cash transactions with accuracy.

The role emphasizes driving customer satisfaction, achieving service and parts revenue targets, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence within the Quick Service Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and digital service management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong customer-handling skills.
• Strong upselling and revenue-generation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately capture service requirements.
• Prepare repair orders, provide cost estimates, and communicate delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure efficient repair execution and on-time delivery.
• Follow up on repair progress, obtain approvals for additional work, and communicate delays.
• Explain completed repairs and invoices to customers, including maintenance recommendations.
• Achieve service and parts sales targets and manage cash transactions.
• Support parts enquiries and inventory management; assist with parts availability and returns.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and participate in continuous development.
