Job summary

Qualifications
- Customer-facing role with automotive knowledge required.
- Experience with service orders, estimates, and invoicing preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and build rapport.
- Document customer concerns and service requests accurately.
- Conduct vehicle inspections with customers and document needs.
- Explain recommended services and answer questions clearly.
- Prepare service estimates including parts and labor.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
- Provide regular updates on service progress to customers.
- Collaborate with technicians and parts team to complete work.
