Job summary

Burscha Car Service & Trading in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to manage customer interactions from reception to delivery. You will interpret vehicle concerns, prepare estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure a smooth service experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in an automotive service setting, strong English communication, and a valid driver’s license. Arabic is an added plus, with residency and visa transfer preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prepare estimates and explain technical issues to customers.
• Experience with European, German, or luxury vehicles is an advantage.
• English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar residency and transferable visa preferred.
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
• Prepare repair estimates and explain required services.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians and monitor repair progress.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair updates and approvals.
• Prepare job cards, invoices and service documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
• Promote additional services when required.
