• Communicate hotel and company philosophy to guests and staff.
• Know the hotel layout, VIPs, events, and daily briefings.
• Gather guest feedback from VIPs and update guest profiles accordingly.
• Welcome and bid farewell to guests; escort Top VIPs to rooms when applicable.
• Collaborate with FOM and GM to prepare tailor-made itineraries for Top VIPs.
