Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Doha is seeking a Concierge/Guest Relations professional to deliver personalised, anticipatory service to guests in our luxury property.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, providing local information, arranging reservations and transportation, and coordinating special requests with multiple departments, while maintaining confidentiality and a polished appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in Concierge, Front Office, Guest Relations or luxury hotel customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guest-service orientation.
• Professional appearance with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized, anticipatory service.
• Provide accurate information on facilities, services, attractions, transport, and dining.
• Arrange reservations, transportation, tours, tickets, and other guest requests promptly.
• Anticipate needs and offer tailored recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate special occasions with relevant departments and manage guest arrangements.
• Handle requests, concerns and complaints professionally with timely resolution.
• Liaise with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized Concierge Desk and stay updated on local events.
