Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a guest service professional for their Doha area operations. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with luggage, guiding guests to rooms, and delivering exceptional service in a busy lobby environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in a luxury hospitality setting, outstanding communication skills, and a professional appearance. You will work closely with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to provide a high level of personalized guest service.
• Good knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions is an advantage.
• Ability to handle guest luggage safely and carefully.
• Good teamwork and coordination skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a strong “Yes I Can” approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and warmly greet all guests upon arrival.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities and services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and enquiries.
• Maintain a visible and welcoming presence in the lobby at all times.
• Assist with parking and retrieving guests’ vehicles when required.
• Ensure the lobby, entrance, and guest areas are clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
• Handle guest belongings with care and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a professional “Yes I Can” attitude and consistently deliver 5-star service.
