Job summary

PeakFleet seeks a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to cruise line guests, assisting with inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will handle reservations, processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the cruise experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Process reservations and payments accurately.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by addressing issues promptly.
• Provide information on itineraries, activities and ship services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures as needed.
