Responsibilities

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide information on onboard activities dining options and shore excursions.
• Coordinate special requests for guests with disabilities or dietary restrictions.
• Assist with onboard sales of merchandise beverage packages and other services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
