Job summary

KidsLoveQatar (KLQ LLC) is a licensed PR, advertising, marketing, and brand management consultancy offering the first and only media platform for kids and families in Qatar. We are seeking a proactive Business Development professional to lead partnerships and drive revenue in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales in GCC, reside locally with a valid driving license, and can negotiate effectively while meeting deadlines in ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside B2B sales in GCC region (Qatar preferred).
• Hybrid work environment.
• Local resident with valid driving license and reliable transportation.

The Role:

• Serve as the lead to build trusted, long-term partnerships
• Be responsible for achieving total revenues and direct contribution to current accounts
• Independently and in partnership with senior management, develop, refine and implement business development strategy
• Present and pitch our services to potential clients in a competitive context
• Identify and develop initiatives and new business opportunities

About You:

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for the creative industry and an approachable work style
• Proactive and ability to adjust negotiation strategies in changing business conditions
• 3+ years outside business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the GCC region (Qatar preferred)
• Open to new perspectives and varied options
• Ability to take responsibility and meet deadlines when significant information is incomplete and/or ambiguous
• Local resident with a valid driving license and reliable transportation
• Hybrid work environment
• Competitive compensation to include base plus sales commission
