Job summary

Arita Solutions WLL seeks a detail-oriented Bid Specialist to manage end-to-end tendering for IT staffing cybersecurity products across Qatar. You will coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams to produce compliant proposals and ensure timely submissions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in bid management, experience with Qatar government portals, strong MS Office skills, and proficient English; Arabic is a plus. On-site in Doha.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years bid management experience.
• Experience with bid lifecycle, proposals, and invoicing documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar government and semi-government tendering portals.
• Experience preparing BRDs and technical/commercial proposals.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track, identify, and evaluate tender opportunities on government portals and direct RFPs.
• Prepare and submit fully compliant technical and commercial bid packages on time.
• Coordinate bonds, registrations, and other mandatory documentation for bids.
• Draft company profiles, BRDs, and capability statements for submissions.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and finance teams throughout bid and post-award processes.
