Job summary

BSL in Doha, Qatar seeks a BD & Growth Operations Specialist to manage growth processes, CRM governance, bid coordination, and reporting. You will engage with customers, identify opportunities, and support HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing solutions.

The role reports to the Head of Growth and works under the BD Manager, coordinating with SLT to drive growth strategy and ensure compliant bid submissions. A Bachelor’s degree and strong CRM skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, sales operations, bid/proposal management or a related commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own growth CRM governance, pipeline accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate Bid / No Bid sessions and proposal development.
• Produce regular growth reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Draft business plans, pitches, quotations, presentations and contracts.
• Collaborate with pricing and contracts teams on growth strategies.
• Build relationships with existing and potential clients to drive revenue in Qatar.
