Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Doha is seeking a Growth Operations Specialist to support business development and growth initiatives. You will manage bid processes, maintain CRM integrity, and produce regular growth reports while engaging with customers to shape HR Outsourcing, Training, and Procurement Outsourcing solutions.

The role involves coordinating Bid/No Bid sessions, maintaining pipeline accuracy, and collaborating with pricing teams to implement growth strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
Experience in business development, sales operations or bid management preferred.
Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day governance and integrity of Growth CRM, including opportunities and pipeline details.
Coordinate Bid / No Bid and proposal processes with the BD team.
Support development of proposals, presentations and contracts for potential clients.
Conduct market and customer research to identify new business opportunities.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and support tailored solutions in HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing.
