Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Franchise Hotel in Doha is seeking a Banquet Supervisor (Female) to oversee daily banquet operations and deliver exceptional event service.

You will coordinate setup, brief staff, monitor service standards, and liaise with the Banquet Manager to ensure guest satisfaction, safety, and smooth execution of weddings, corporate functions, and meetings.

This role requires 2–3 years in banquet or F&B, supervisory experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banquet operations or food and beverage service within a hotel or hospitality establishment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in handling banquet events, weddings, corporate functions, and meetings.
• Knowledge of banquet setup, food and beverage service, and guest relations.
