Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Service Advisor for our Quick Service Center in Qatar. You will greet customers, capture their requests, and document symptoms to prepare accurate job cards and estimates.

You will also handle cash, assist at the parts counter, and monitor inventory while ensuring timely vehicle delivery and clear invoicing. The role requires a Bachelor in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years in a dealership, and strong SAP/MS Office proficiency to support ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in an automobile dealership as a Service Advisor.
• Proficiency in SAP, ERP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and capture requests.
• Explain job details and estimates to customers.
• Prepare and manage job cards and repair orders.
• Process cash transactions and manage petty cash.
• Assist parts counter with expertise and manage inventory.
