Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Sales Admin to support the sales team with all administrative, documentation, and system processes related to vehicle sales, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting. The role requires coordination across departments and compliance with OEM standards in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Based in Doha, you will handle invoicing, SAP uploads, PDI requests, and fleet coordination to ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to delivery while upholding audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Administrative Support role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales operations, invoicing, inventory, and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly internal and external sales reports.
• Update daily sales data in the GAC DMS and live tracking sheets.
• Maintain 100% on-time report submission with zero data mismatches.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for sales, new arrivals, transfers, demo units, and damaged vehicles.
