Job summary

Luxury Hotel Doha in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to lead multiple outlets, banquets, and in-room dining, upholding Forbes Five-Star standards across all guest touchpoints.

You will work closely with the Director of F&B, driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing teams, mentoring managers, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a high-profile luxury environment.

Qualifications

• What you'll bring: minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience required.
• Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all outlets and in-room dining across fine dining, casual venues, bars and banquets.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star service standards across all outlets.
• Lead and develop outlet managers and teams to build a high-performance F&B culture.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across the F&B division.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to hit financial targets.
• Oversee menu development and promotions with the culinary team.
• Step into the Director of F&B role during absences and provide operational ownership.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance.
