DC Global Talent Inc. is seeking an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This senior role supports the Director of F&B in overseeing outlets and ensuring Forbes Five-Star service standards across all venues.

The candidate will lead multi-outlet operations including fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, driving revenue, guest satisfaction, and team development with a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience required.
• Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight.
• Exceptional leadership and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B culture.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management to achieve financial targets.
• Oversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Step into the Director of F&B role and take full operational ownership during absences.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a senior operational and commercial F&B; leadership role supporting the Director of F&B; in overseeing all outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star service standards. The ideal candidate brings proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, with a hands‑on approach and genuine passion for team development and guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining

• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required
