Job summary

Luxury Hotel Doha in Qatar seeks a Director of Food and Beverage to lead the strategic direction and guest experience across all F&B outlets. This executive role sits on the Executive Committee, reporting to the General Manager, with a focus on revenue growth and service excellence.

The ideal candidate brings Forbes Five-Star property experience, multi-outlet leadership, and a strong track record in budgeting and P&L management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience required.
• Experience across multiple F&B outlets, including banquets and in-room dining.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, and revenue strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across all F&B outlets.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across venues and events.
• Lead senior F&B leaders and teams to sustain high performance.
• Develop and manage annual F&B budget, forecasts, and P&L targets.
• Oversee menu development and promotional programming with culinary.
• Ensure Forbes Five-Star standards across all outlets.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, guests, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing for commercial performance.
