You will work closely with the Director of F&B, driving revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while developing teams, mentoring managers, and ensuring seamless service delivery in a high-profile luxury environment.

Qualifications

• What you'll bring: minimum 4 years of progressive F&B leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience required.
• Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
• Strong commercial acumen with budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage for a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. This is a senior operational and commercialF&B; leadership role supporting the Director of F&B; in overseeing all outlets and ensuring consistent delivery of Forbes Five-Star servicestandards. The ideal candidate brings proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining, witha hands-on approach and genuine passion for team development and guest experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-roomdining
• Ensure consistent Forbes Five-Star service standards are upheld across all outlets and functions
• Lead, develop, and inspire outlet managers and their teams, building a high-performance F&B culture
• Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the F&B; division
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; management to achieve financial targets
• Oversee menu development, promotions, and outlet programming in collaboration with the culinary team
• Step into the Director of F&B; role and take full operational ownership during absences
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to support commercial performance

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum 4 years of progressive F&B; leadership experience within luxury hospitality
• Hands-on Forbes Five-Star property experience is required
• Proven multi-outlet experience across fine dining, casual venues, bars, banquets, and in-room dining
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget management, revenue strategy, and P&L oversight
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
• Experience in the Middle East is an advantage but not required
