Job summary

Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a Telephone Operator to handle guest calls, greet callers by name and route inquiries with professionalism, ensuring fast and courteous service.

You will maintain switchboard operation, update wake-up calls, and collaborate with front office and other departments to exceed guest expectations, while upholding Rixos standards.

We seek individuals with 2–5 years in hospitality or customer service, a sharp appearance, and reliable, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Professional appearance: well-groomed, punctual, dependable.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, reception or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guests' complaints and liaise with departments for follow-up.
• Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain switchboard operation for fast and efficient call transfer.
• Greet guests by name and maintain updated hotel information.
• Coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth service delivery.
