Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in front desk/telephone operations.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Ability to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a discriminating clientele to exceed guest expectations.
• Operate telephone switchboard and hotel computer system.
• Provide information and route calls to proper extensions.
• Handle wake-up calls and maintain extension directory.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with calls and guest requests.
