Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal abilities and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Familiar with hotel computer systems; quick learner of Opera System.
• Genuine passion for outstanding customer service and collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and support guests, visitors, and staff with professional hospitality.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls using a multi-line phone system with prompt, accurate responses.
• Share information about services, promotions, rates, and facility policies clearly and enthusiastically.
• Coordinate guest appointments and inquiries while collaborating with internal teams for seamless service.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry, message logging, and administrative support.
