WorkWavez is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer L2/L3 for an onsite role in Doha, Qatar. You will deliver production support for enterprise applications, handle incidents, and perform RCA to ensure stability.

You will work with SQL databases, REST APIs, deployments, and release management while coordinating with development and operations teams to maintain service availability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in application support or related technical role.
• Strong L2/L3 application support experience.
• Production support for enterprise applications.
• Incident and problem management skills.
• Root cause analysis (RCA) expertise.
• Application monitoring and troubleshooting skills.
• SQL/database support knowledge.
• Experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Deployment and release management experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Linux and Windows administration experience.
• Arabic candidates only.

Responsabilités

• Provide L2/L3 application and production support.
• Monitor enterprise applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Handle incidents and problem management activities.
• Perform RCA for complex production issues.
• Analyze logs and identify technical problems.
• Support SQL databases and related issues.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs and web services.
