Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Application or Production Support.
- Strong L2/L3 application support experience.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with APIs, REST/Web Services, and integrations.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience with application monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Experience supporting deployments, releases, and production environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL or Service Management is preferred.
- Linux/Windows administration experience is an advantage.
- Scripting or automation experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications and production environments.
- Troubleshoot application incidents, performance issues, and production problems.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor application health, logs, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot APIs, REST/Web Services, integrations, and database-related issues.
- Support application deployments, releases, patches, and upgrades.
- Execute SQL queries for investigation and data troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve application incidents in production environments.
- Coordinate with development, database, infrastructure, network, and vendor teams.
- Support application monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to continuous application support and service improvement.
