Position Overview:In this pivotal role, you'll serve as a guardian of TikTok's community standards, ensuring a positive user experience for millions of global users. Collaborating with a diverse team of moderators, your responsibilities will include reviewing user-generated content, enforcing platform policies, and nurturing a welcoming digital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough moderation of user-generated content on TikTok, meticulously adhering to platform guidelines and community standards.
• Identify and address potential violations such as hate speech, graphic violence, or nudity, taking swift and appropriate action to maintain platform integrity.
• Engage in constructive collaboration with team members and supervisors, sharing insights and best practices to enhance moderation processes.
• Maintain detailed records of moderation actions, contributing to the continuous improvement of moderation workflows and strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging issues, and evolving platform policies to adapt moderation approaches effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken and written Danish is essential, complemented by at least a B2-level proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Sound judgment and resilience in handling sensitive content with professionalism and empathy.
• While prior experience in content moderation is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with moderation tools and software is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
