Team Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) teams are focused in helping key clients that include global banks and retailers and other merchants, as well as local FinTech’s and governments. Our goal is to help clients solve strategic payment challenges and identify opportunities by supporting in benchmarking, ideation, definition, implementation, and monitoring of recommendations. Resulting in our clients receiving end-to-end support that help them achieve scale, competitive advantage, and speed to market in the digital age.

VCA engages clients throughout Europe and is organised in teams within, UK & Ireland, South Europe, Nordics & Baltics, Central Eastern Europe, and Central Europe. The current position is to join our Global Graduate programme within the Southern Europe cluster and is based in Portugal, Lisbon.
