Overview

Dutch Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – Location: Lisbon (Anjos Office). Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm. Contract Type: Permanent (180-day probation).

Salary & Benefits
  • Annual Base Salary: 23,000
  • Premium Bonus (Monthly): 2,460
  • Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (paid in meal card, net amount)
  • Transportation Bonus (Yearly): 720
  • Totaling 28 026,46/year gross
  • Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the gross annual base salary, 1 150/year
  • Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Family Plan (Spouse and Children)
  • Relocation Support (for candidates relocating from outside Continental Portugal):
  • Bureaucratic assistance for NIF and NISS registration
  • Help finding housing based on individual needs
  • Relocation Bonus: 1,500 - 2,500 (gross), paid with the first payroll cycle (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area)

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimization Strategy: Implement cutting-edge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Ads, including the Search Network, Mobile, and YouTube.
  • Ad Management: Create and refine keyword packs, set bids, and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Reporting & KPI Management: Regularly report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise: Develop your expertise across Google products, continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure top-notch campaign performance.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, or similar).
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Understanding KPIs: Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
