A leading European bank is seeking a Corporate Actions Account Manager to manage client relationships and corporate actions events. The role includes ensuring high-quality service, responding to client queries, and maintaining client details. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and professional experience in banking operations. The position emphasizes client responsiveness and a collaborative spirit.
The Corporate Actions Account Manager’s main mission is to manage clients’ relationship with BNP Paribas through the safekeeping of their assets and management of corporate actions events.
The Corporate Actions Account Manager is responsible for providing high quality service by managing requests for Proposal (RFP) and Onboarding Processes, queries and support throughout the lifecycle of a corporate event, and communicating client instructions for corporate events while delivering an excellent support and added value to a long lasting relationship.
