About the Job
  • The Partners for Projects (P4P) Senior Consultant will partner with senior executives to deliver impactful solutions, create sustainable value, develop close proximity with our business lines, knowledge on our products, services and solutions, as well as a solid network within the business line and its eco‑system.
Your main activities are
  • Accompany your sponsor as a trusted advisor by managing and developing solid working relationships with them to be in good position to understand and solve their most important challenges, stakes and objectives.
  • Develop network and intimacy with clients and stakeholders (building upon credibility and reliability) while promoting P4P to enhance our brand image.
  • Take full ownership and leadership to structure and manage complex projects (or assigned streams) while ensuring the highest quality work and delivering breakthrough results.
  • Lead clients’ meetings and workshops and prepare decision‑making material for senior executives within the Global Banking ecosystem to be discussed during operational and steering committees.
  • Contribute to generate a positive, collaborative and motivating spirit within the team, and develop game‑changing ideas.
Profile and skills to success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or any other relevant.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm in an organization with a proven track record within Corporate & Investment Banking areas or in Continuous Improvement practices in the financial industry.
  • Highly experienced in project and change management tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Team spirit and a constructive and collaborative mindset, with curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems, and an ability to be impactful with excellent analytical skills.

  • P4P is an internal management consultancy team with a unique positioning within Global Banking métier, offering a credible alternative to external leading consulting firms.
  • This is an inclusive team composed of 26 persons based in Paris and Lisbon, regrouping more than 5 nationalities with a well‑balanced gender ratio, being a melting pot of diversified and complementary profiles from banking and consulting backgrounds, allowing to drive innovative thinking.
  • The team manages a project portfolio with a global reach of impactful missions ranging from supporting Global Banking transformation (business growth, organisational re‑design & operating model, operational excellence, ESG), to driving innovation (data, digital and GenAI).
  • P4P covers the full project value chain from framing, diagnosis and delivery of pragmatic recommendations to designing effective implementation and enabling change, managing end‑to‑end projects (Front‑to‑Operations‑to‑IT‑to‑Finance projects).
