As a Legal Back-Office Advisor in Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site), you will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations and that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
• Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
• Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.

• Have a high level of Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
• Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player

• Full-time with indefinite contracts (negotiable depending on your experience and or client's needs)
