What You Will Do In This Role
  • Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.
  • Understand the customer's unique situation and proceed with treatment and follow-up of their legal claims.
  • Manage legal claims with different actors including lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer’s claiming foundations.
Your Qualifications
  • Have a high level of Italian (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative is a plus
  • Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
