What You'll Be Doing
  • Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines.
  • Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content.
  • Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory.
  • Must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
