Job summary

OLX seeks an experienced Head of Yield- & Business Operations to lead revenue optimization and cross-functional operations across Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, and Portugal. The role functions as a Chief of Staff, setting operating cadence and coordinating strategic initiatives between OLX Goods and Advertising.

The position requires 8+ years in related roles, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a track record of driving efficiency in matrix organizations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue management, operations, strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience leading in matrix organizations across geographies and functions.
• Strong analytical and financial judgment for complex trade-offs.
• Proven ability to build operational cadence and drive accountability.
• Experience with revenue optimization using financial and non-financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; influence without authority.
• Strategic thinker balancing short-term gains with long-term positioning.
• Exposure to competitive market dynamics and differentiation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own operating cadence for Goods and Advertising across multiple countries.
• Set OKRs and leadership cadence; ensure decisions are tracked and acted upon.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategic work and resolve conflicts across units.
• Manage matrix organization with geography and function alignment.
• Lead strategic planning sessions to enable timely decisions.
• Oversee go-to-market operations across Goods, partners, and the broader org.
• Drive compliance readiness and enablement for commercial tooling and workflows.
