Qualificações

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our teams and integrate a multinational technology and services leader based in Portugal. You will become part of an international team of functional and technical CRM specialists, contributing to a large-scale digital transformation programme that includes the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across multiple countries and the migration of existing CRM solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly collaborative and global environment while helping shape innovative customer engagement solutions.

What you will do:

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support business requirements across international projects;
• Design, implement and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft technologies;
• Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders and international teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions;
• Support migration initiatives and contribute to the rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules across different geographies.

What you are like:

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including both on-premises and cloud environments;
• Experienced with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, namely Sales, Marketing and Customer Service;
• Familiar with Power Apps and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem;
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges effectively;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multicultural and geographically distributed teams;
