Neotalent Conclusion seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer .NET to advance business-critical apps in hybrid On-Premises and Microsoft Azure environments. You’ll work across backend and frontend, influence architectural decisions, and promote best practices.

You should be experienced in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and full-stack development with Azure services, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum. Remote work potential and continuous training are available.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer .NET to join our teams and contribute to the development, modernization, and maintenance of business-critical applications operating in hybrid On-Premises and Microsoft Azure environments.

In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend components, helping to evolve existing solutions while supporting the architecture and delivery of new applications. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and play an active role in promoting software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

What you will do:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET technologies;
• Design, implement, and integrate REST APIs and application services across internal and external systems;
• Build and maintain frontend components using ASP.NET MVC and contribute to modern frontend development initiatives, including React-based solutions;
• Develop solutions for hybrid On-Premises and Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring performance, scalability, security, and maintainability;
• Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, CI/CD processes, deployment activities, troubleshooting, and application modernization initiatives.

What you are like:

• Experienced in C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and full-stack web application development;
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure services, hybrid cloud architectures, CI/CD practices, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Familiar with modern software engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, clean code principles, and application performance optimization;
• Comfortable working with modern technologies and approaches such as React, microservices, event-driven architectures, Docker, Redis, observability tools, and Azure DevOps;
• Experienced in leveraging AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, or similar solutions to improve productivity, testing, debugging, and software delivery processes;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously and contribute to technical decision-making;
• Collaborative communicator, capable of working effectively with developers, QA engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders;
• Proactive, quality-oriented, and motivated to drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team;
• Fluent in Portuguese with a good command of English, both written and spoken.;
