In this role, you will plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, collaborate with international teams, and work with tools like AvePoint Fly. Ideal candidates should possess strong skills in PowerShell and have a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services. Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer to integrate one of our Nearshore Teams working fully remote for one our clients across the Netherlands and other European countries.

What you will do

Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption;
Migrate data to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
Use industry‑standard tools such as AvePoint Fly to carry out migration tasks;
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, define migration strategies, and resolve technical issues;
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate processes and enhance efficiency;
Document migration plans, configurations, and post‑migration support procedures;
Assist in troubleshooting and post‑migration validation to ensure service continuity.

What you are like

Solid understanding of the entire Microsoft 365 suite;
Proven experience with migrations to OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online;
Hands‑on use of migration tools such as AvePoint Fly (or similar like Quest or BitTitan);
Strong PowerShell skills and a passion for automation and scripting;
Detail‑oriented and methodical approach to planning and execution;
Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with technical and non‑technical stakeholders;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities;
Proficient in English (as you will maintain daily contact with international teams);
