Europcar Mobility Group in Portugal seeks a Workday Support to assist daily users of the Workday system, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. You will handle requests, troubleshoot system or process errors, support testing activities, maintain data accuracy and deliver training.

You will collaborate with HR and stakeholders, stay current with Workday updates, and prioritize tasks to support global and local business needs.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR or system support is a plus.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with global/local stakeholders.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Detail-oriented with good organization and priority management.

Responsabilidades

• Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles and keep Workday Operations aligned with business needs.
• Provide prompt assistance and resolution for user issues.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to understand global/local questions and deliver daily solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
