Keylime Consultants is partnering with a respected global company that is expanding its shared services to support HR teams across 20 countries. The business is continuing to invest in its internal Workday capability to drive HR transformation, ensuring seamless operations and supporting future growth.

Workday is already implemented globally, with Learning and Talent & Performance recently implemented and now live within the organisation.

We are seeking talented Workday Specialists to join this team. Reporting directly to the Workday Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the existing platform, while supporting ongoing global initiatives.

This is a hybrid role in the Lisbon area, offering a competitive base salary of up to €50,000 + bonus, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Workday Functional Analysts – Requirements

• Experience working with Workday, ideally within an international environment
• Strong configuration experience within Workday, with exposure to one or more modules such as Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Learning or Security
• An interest in or working knowledge of Workday Integrations would be a significant advantage
• Ability to guide and suggest improvements to existing Workday processes and features
• Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent communication, with a collaborative and client‑oriented approach
• Fluency in English is required, with Portuguese considered a plus
