Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Workday Specialist to configure and optimize Workday HCM across our international network. You will handle configuration maintenance, bi-annual updates, end-user support, and rollout of new features to align the HRIS with global business needs.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR and stakeholders, ensure data reliability through migrations and EIB loads, and lead testing and training for new Workday capabilities, while staying current with updates and

Qualificações

3+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and end-user support.
Knowledge of Workday integrations, EIB, reporting and is a plus.
Business school background.

Responsabilidades

Be the guardian of Europcar’s Workday Guiding Principles, keeping the configuration global.
Guarantee reliability of HR data by supervising data migration / EIB loads, integration, and maintenance.
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to transform global/local needs into Workday solutions.
Lead the implementation of new Workday features, including testing and training.
