Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn client dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll blend destination knowledge with a consultative, client-first approach to craft custom trips from inquiry to confirmed reservation.

You’ll design flights, stays, tours, and packages, manage quotes, present options, and close sales while guiding clients through payments, changes, and add-ons, delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

As a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused), you'll turn travel dreams into booked itineraries by pairing destination expertise with a consultative, client-first sales approach. You'll design custom trips while guiding clients from their first what if? to a confirmed reservation — whether it's a solo escape, a group getaway, a destination wedding, or a family travel experience.

What You'll Do

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and people skills; comfortable leading conversations, handling objections, and guiding clients to a decision.
