Elite Escapes in Portugal seeks a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner to turn couples' wedding travel dreams into seamless itineraries. Design trips, secure bookings, and manage group arrangements for romantic celebrations worldwide.

You'll guide clients from initial vision through their travel experience, coordinating flights, stays, transfers, and add-on experiences while delivering exceptional service and calm, clear communication.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to organize multiple moving pieces (guest lists, options, payments).
• Willingness to learn new tools; full training provided.
• Background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, destination, and non-negotiables; present tailored options and guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, helping ensure guests have clear booking options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs, and special requests.
• Elevate celebrations with romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and wow moments for the couple and guests.
• Support clients from initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure communication, on-trip assistance, and post-wedding follow-up.

As a Remote Destination Wedding Travel Planner, you'll help couples turn their we do into an unforgettable travel experience. By combining travel planning expertise with a warm, consultative sales approach, you'll guide couples and their guests from the first wedding vision to confirmed bookings — whether it's a beachfront ceremony, an intimate European celebration, a luxury resort wedding, or a group getaway with family and friends.

What You'll Do

• Design customized destination-wedding travel plans, including flights, resort stays, room blocks, transfers, cruises, excursions, and honeymoon extensions.
• Connect with couples to understand their wedding vision, guest needs, budget, preferred destination, and non-negotiables—then present tailored options and confidently guide them through booking.
• Coordinate travel details for wedding groups, helping ensure guests have clear booking options, payment timelines, and support before departure.
• Respond to questions and changes with professionalism and care, including payments, room upgrades, guest additions, date changes, transfer needs, and special requests.
• Elevate each celebration with meaningful details: romantic excursions, welcome experiences, local activities, honeymoon ideas, and unforgettable wow moments for the couple and their guests.
• Support clients from the initial consultation through travel, including pre-departure communication, on-trip assistance, and post-wedding follow-up.

What You Bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable guiding couples through decisions, answering concerns, and helping them confidently move forward.
• The ability to organize multiple moving pieces, from guest lists and room options to payment schedules, travel documents, and group logistics.
• A willingness to learn new tools, including CRMs, supplier portals, booking platforms, and group-travel systems.
• A background in weddings, sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or travel is a plus—but it is not required. Full training is provided.
• A genuine love for romance, celebrations, travel, and helping people create meaningful memories.
