Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Web Experience Manager to lead the build and deployment of campaign landing pages, web assets, and tracking across WordPress, HubSpot, and custom CMSs. You will collaborate with Marketing, UX, Product, and Engineering to tailor journeys and improve MRR.

You will own build quality standards, perform HTML/CSS/JS work, and guide two CX Integration Specialists while driving segmentation-led experiments to boost conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience-design instinct and understanding of customer journeys.
• Commercial fluency with cross-sell and recurring revenue.
• Hands-on web development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript across CMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver segmented website experiences across audiences, intents, and lifecycle stages with uplift as a primary metric.
• Own build quality: tracking, QA, mobile responsiveness, load performance, brand consistency.
• Lead hands-on development and unblock specialist team on critical builds.
• Bridge Marketing and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable briefs.
