Job summary

RWS is seeking a Marketing Engineer to drive organic search, GEO, and CRO with AI-native workflows. The role blends technical execution with growth strategy, spanning multilingual SEO, data pipelines, and AI-powered testing.

You’ll partner with Digital Experience, Product, and Tech to improve AI visibility and conversion performance across regions. The position emphasizes collaboration, experimentation, and scalable automation to accelerate web content discovery and human traffic conversion.

Qualifications

• Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JS) with the ability to generate/test web snippets.
• Experience with enterprise SEO, GEO, and CRO tooling.
• Ability to plan multilingual SEO rollouts and align with product/UX teams.
• Familiarity with AI-native development workflows and automation.
• Strong cross-functional communication to translate tech needs into briefs.
• Experience leading cross-regional, multi-team projects.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO, GEO, and AI visibility strategy for content and experiences.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, crawl analysis, and indexation reviews.
• Drive backlink and digital authority initiatives for AI citation trust.
• Identify high-opportunity topics and semantic gaps for growth.
• Collaborate to implement structured data and internal linking for AI discoverability.
• Lead CRO testing programs (A/B, multivariate) and rapid experimentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate experiment asset creation and deployment.
• Ensure performance and best-practice testing across the site.
• Analyze user journeys to reduce friction and improve conversions.
• Coordinate global growth initiatives across regions and stakeholders.
• Oversee multilingual localization and market-specific search strategies.
• Design data pipelines and automation to streamline operations.
• Develop repeatable AI-enabled workflows for content ops and marketing.
