Job summary

GlobeStar Systems, a leader in integrated clinical communication, seeks a Web Developer to join the Marketing team in Azores. The role focuses on end-to-end design, development, and management of corporate sites, microsites, and landing pages, ensuring exceptional user experience and performance aligned with Connexall marketing strategy.

The ideal candidate brings WordPress, CMS, HTML/CSS/JS expertise, SEO best practices, analytics, and marketing tech integrations. Start date is immediate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in website design and development. (Portfolio required)
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related web development technologies.
• Extensive experience with all aspects of the WordPress platform (WordPress Developer certification is considered an asset).
• Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle, including front-end design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Experience integrating third‑party applications, CMS, and external platforms into website functionality.
• Experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, or clinical technology environments is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of corporate websites, microsites, and marketing landing pages.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle from concept through deployment.
• Integrate web properties with third-party platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Insight Tag.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure performance and alignment with strategy.
• Audit and optimize website structure, navigation, accessibility, and performance.
• Test across browsers and devices to ensure functionality and usability.
