team.blue is seeking a Web Experience Manager (Technical Implementation & CRO) to architect segmented, high-converting website journeys across brands. You will lead the build and deployment of campaign landing pages, web assets, and tracking across WordPress, HubSpot, and custom CMSs, while guiding two CX Integration Specialists.

Qualificações

• Design and deliver segmented web experiences by audience, intent, and lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate marketing needs into technical briefs for multiple CMS stacks.
• Experience leading CRO/experimentation to drive conversions and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Own build quality standards: tracking, QA, mobile, performance, brand consistency.
• Hands-on for complex builds; unblock specialists and maintain delivery pace.
• Serve as the Marketing-Engineering bridge for web and experience work.
• Lead two CX Integration Specialists and set a quality-first, test-and-learn culture.
