A leading automotive company in Portugal is seeking a Specialist/Trainer in Warranty Audits to manage audit processes and a team of auditors. The ideal candidate will have automotive training, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience in training design. Qualificações

• Completion of automotive mechanic training with additional training in business management.
• Practical experience in vehicle technology and knowledge of workshop processes.
• Experience in training design using modern methods.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct warranty audits independently or as part of a team.
• Implement current audit processes and develop them with audit strategists.
• Manage a group of 10 to 15 international warranty auditors.
